Hi! I’m Maia, a professional singer with a passion for music that has been with me since I could talk. Singing has always been a part of who I am, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of performing at countless gigs and functions, connecting with audiences through a shared love of music. My journey as a performer has been incredibly rewarding, and now, I’m excited to share that same joy and passion with others through teaching.
I’m also a Grade 8 pianist, offering supportive and patient piano lessons for beginners and intermediate students. I offer piano lessons tailored to each student’s unique needs, fostering both skill development and a love for music. At a young age, I taught myself how to play my favourite songs on piano so I could sing and accompany myself.

FAQs
What are your prices?
Lessons cost £30 per hour, and can be taken in 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions. I also offer longer sessions to my students who study both voice and piano.
Do you offer online lessons?
I currently offer online tuition in voice via Microsoft Teams, in order to partake you will need a device with a camera, microphone, and the ability to connect to Teams. I do not offer piano lessons online, however, due to the difficulties posed by the shape of the instrument.
Can I study piano and voice together?
Yes you can! I have many students who have come to me directly because of my specialism in popular voice and high level qualifications in piano.
Where do you teach?
I offer lessons at two locations, my studio in Nottingham located at Fisher Gate Point Studios NG1 1GD, and my house in Basford located near the City Hospital.
